That was our original slogan when we opened 30 years ago, and it remains true today. With two orthodontic offices conveniently located in Webster and Gates, NY, Drabik Orthodontics is dedicated to providing top-notch orthodontic care to the Greater Rochester area. Our team is committed to creating beautiful, healthy smiles for our patients, using the latest techniques and technology. Since our inception, we have been passionate about serving our local communities, and we take pride in offering personalized, compassionate orthodontic treatment to patients of all ages.

Dr. Stan Drabik
Education & Affiliations
After attending Wittenberg University for his undergraduate degree, Dr. Drabik received his Doctor of Dental Surgery at SUNY at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He completed his orthodontic certificate at Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. He is a proud member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society and was the recipient of the Donald T. Kozlowski Memorial Award for Most Respected Senior Dental Student. Today, he is a part of the following organizations:
Personal Life
When he is not busy at work, Dr. Drabik enjoys spending time with his loving, supportive, fun, and hardworking family. He and his wife, Kris, met in college and were married in his freshman year of dental school. They started Drabik Orthodontics together and have three adult children who also have worked at the office over the years. Dr. Drabik and Kris work in harmony together. Dr. Drabik is the clinician. Kris creates a unique work environment, manages staff development, and handles marketing. His other hobbies include traveling, exercising, sitting out on the veranda watching the sunset, and riding his Harley through the Finger Lakes.
Fun Fact
He REALLY likes frosting, despite his commitment to dental health. Do not worry – he always brushes his teeth after eating it.

Kris
Co-Owner
Kris and Dr. Drabik opened their orthodontic practice in 1994, and from the very beginning, Kris has poured her heart into creating a warm, welcoming, and fun environment for patients and their families. She attended Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in sociology.

Kris is proud to call Dr. Drabik both her husband and business partner. Together, they have three grown children and cherish every moment they get to spend with their beloved grandchildren. Outside the office, Kris enjoys quiet evenings at home with family, hiking with her husband, and relaxing on their veranda—often with a good book or meaningful conversation.
Fun Fact: As a child, Kris spent her summers living in a refurbished red barn on Keuka Lake—an experience that still holds a special place in her heart.
Cathy
Accounting/
Insurance Coordinator
Cathy has been working at Drabik Orthodontics since 2005. She has over 25 years of experience in the dental field. She graduated from Monroe Community College with a degree in business. She loves spending her day with Dr. Drabik and the talented staff she works side by side with.

Cathy resides in Walworth with her husband Mike. They have raised two sons Michael and Eric. When she is not busy at work she spends her free time enjoying the company of family and friends.
Fun Fact: Cathy enjoys a piece of chocolate every day!
Rylee
Treatment Coordinator/Orthodontic Assistant
Rylee brings over six years of dental experience to our team—all of which have been spent right here at Drabik Orthodontics. She holds her RDA license and is CPR certified, making her a skilled and reliable part of our clinical team. What Rylee loves most about her job is the opportunity to work alongside her amazing coworkers and care for our incredible patients.

A proud Webster native, Rylee enjoys spending her free time with her family, her husband John, and their dog Bruce. She’s happiest out on the water and loves boating whenever she gets the chance.
Fun Fact: Rylee is a die-hard Chipotle fan—she swears she couldn’t live without it!
Emily
Orthodontic Assistant
Born and raised in Rochester, NY, Emily has nearly a decade of experience in the field of dentistry. To begin her journey, she started by studying at Tompkins Cortland Community College, then Monroe Community College, and received her dental assisting license through the Boards of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES).

Afterward, she went on to work in pediatric dentistry for 3 years before joining our practice. Now, she gets to enjoy sharing her patients’ experiences of joy when they begin to notice results from straightening their pearly whites!
If you don’t find her at the office, Emily is most likely trying out new restaurants or traveling to new and fun places whenever she has the chance.
Fun Fact: Emily has a pet tree frog named Bic Mac!
Amanda
Orthodontic Assistant
After graduating high school, Amanda became a certified phlebotomist and has since used her training to make a positive impact on others—especially by helping people feel more confident in their smiles. She joined the Drabik Orthodontics team in 2021 and looks forward to many more years of caring for our wonderful patients.

Outside the office, Amanda loves spending quality time with her twin daughters, Lola and Luna. Her interests beyond dentistry include boating, camping, live music, and soaking up the sun at the beach.

Daniela
Orthodontic Assistant
Daniela has been a valued member of our team since 2023 and enjoys every aspect of her role here at Drabik Orthodontics. Originally from Sodus, NY, she began her journey in dentistry by completing a Dental Assisting Fundamentals program and is also CPR certified. What she loves most about her work is witnessing the transformation of her patients’ smiles while contributing to their oral health and overall well-being.

Outside the office, Daniela enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family. Along with her passion for helping others, she loves trying new foods, stargazing, and unwinding while watching the sunset.
Fun Fact: Daniela often travels to her parents’ hometown in Guanajuato, Mexico—a place that holds a special place in her heart.
Jaden
Front Desk Coordinator
Jaden has been practicing in the dental field since 2020. She attended the dental assistant program through the Boards of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) and she also is CPR certified.

Understanding that many people have anxiety with doctors, Jaden’s main goal is to make people comfortable and truly enjoy their visit.
If you don’t see Jaden at the office, she is most likely hanging with her three dogs, Pandi, Ella, and Dakota, or spending time with her family.

Sydney
Front Desk Coordinator
Joining the team this year, Sydney has quickly come to love being a part of Drabik Orthodontics—especially because of how warmly the team welcomed her and made her feel like family. She’s been working in the dental field since 2019 and finds great joy in connecting with patients and collaborating with her coworkers.

Outside of work, Sydney enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She loves being outdoors, whether she’s soaking up the sun by the pool or enjoying live music at a concert.

Haleigh
Social Media Manager
Since joining Drabik Orthodontics in 2021, Haleigh has loved being part of such a positive, welcoming environment. One of her favorite aspects of the job is working with a team that feels more like family. That sense of connection and purpose is why she looks forward to many more years of serving our amazing patients.
